Shahd enjoys working one-on-one with children to help them reach their full potential. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, then earned her Master’s degree in Special Education. Shahd began her career as a resource room teacher and worked with kids who had learning disabilities, developmental disabilities, and/or behavioral issues. She was interested in the science of ABA after observing the positive impact, that high-quality ABA can have on kids and their families. She decided to continue expanding her knowledge in this specific area and is currently studying Applied Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institution of Technology through their online program.
